A. Ethical Recruitment & Worker Protection

  • Follow zero-tolerance for forced labor, deception, or exploitation.
  • Ensure zero recruitment fees are charged to workers (aligned with ILO’s Fair Recruitment Guidelines).
  • Provide transparent job information, written contracts, and pre-departure orientation.
  • Maintain grievance handling and safe return mechanisms.

B. Training & Skill Development

  • Offer vocational and language training to enhance employability abroad.
  • Partner with TVET institutions and government training centers.
  • Prioritize rural youth, women, and marginalized communities.

C. Environmental Responsibility
